I teach primary school children at Horsley Woodhouse Primary School in Derbyshire. It's a small school, and to be part of the school community means you are a part of the community. It's a lovely place to teach. If, as they say, your family are those closest to your heart, then a good portion of my family are there.

It's an honour to teach. We've been trusted to enable the next generations and to facilitate the future f our society. It baffles me when people get in the way of that, in any way, shape or form. Children don't know any better, but adults should.

Why is it 'Lord' Mr Knowles?, I hear you ask. Well, one of my student bought me a lordship as an end of year gift (yes it was declared through the proper channels, thank you). So now I get to lord it over everyone that I am, in fact, Lord Knowles. Pun intended.
